Great to meet you!

If you're navigating the emotional and physical shifts of midlife — perimenopause, menopause, nervous system dysregulation — and something just feels off, you're not imagining it, and you don't have to figure it out alone. I specialize in supporting women through this specific season of life, including the anxiety, mood changes, and identity questions that often come with it. I also work with women navigating depression, trauma, and major life transitions. With more than 10 years of experience, I bring both clinical depth and genuine warmth to this work. You'll be met with curiosity, compassion, and, yes, a dose of humor when the moment calls for it.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a lecture. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I draw from trauma-informed and somatic approaches, among others, to help you understand what's happening in your body and your mind and to build practical tools that fit your actual life. The goal isn't just insight. It's change you can actually feel.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is yours to set the tone. I'll invite you to share what's brought you here and what you're hoping for — no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll go at your pace, get clear on your goals, and start mapping out what this work can look like for you. Most people leave feeling a little lighter just from having said it out loud.
