Great to meet you!

Aileen is an experienced, skillful, and intuitive psychotherapist. She is warm, welcoming, and joyful. She creates a safe space for you to open up to your most vulnerable, authentic self. She believes in fostering joy in a world that can often be hard to face.

My approach to therapy

Taking a modern approach, Aileen joins traditional training with current concepts. Aileen collaborates with each client to identify the techniques that will deliver the most solid results. Using a trauma informed lens, she will look at your unique dynamics from a range of perspectives. Strategies will then be created from different pathways. We will explore together the best evidence-based methods while fostering important concepts such as self-acceptance, play, joy, and rest.

What you can expect from me

Working with each client in the full context of their lives, Aileen empowers her clients to recognize the unique gifts and tools that can allow them to achieve success. She will work with you to identify immediate needs and provide guidance in uncovering the conscious and unconscious barriers keeping you from making progress towards a fulfilling and meaningful life.
