Great to meet you!

Welcome! I work with individuals ages 13 and up who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, post traumatic stress, life transitions, life adjustments, vocational stress, chronic medical conditions and/or LGBTQIA+ concerns. As your therapist and life coach you can be comforted in knowing I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental, empathetic space for you to express yourself. I believe people start to heal the moment they feel heard.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy and/or motivational interviewing during the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from our first session

I strongly believe after just one session with me as your therapist, you can expect to feel empowered, validated and most importantly heard.
