Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience supporting adults, young people, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and long-standing relational patterns. My style is warm, direct, and structured, blending evidence-based approaches with real-world insight so sessions feel focused, grounded, and practical. I often work with high-functioning individuals who appear capable on the outside but feel stuck, unseen, or depleted internally. I bring both professional training and personal understanding to the work, and I value honesty, collaboration, and meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and compassionate. I combine evidence-based practices with practical insight to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships. I’m active and direct in sessions while remaining warm and non-judgmental, creating a space where clients feel supported and appropriately challenged. My focus is on building awareness, strengthening emotional skills, and helping clients move out of feeling stuck and into greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel grounded, supportive, and conversational. We’ll spend time getting to know what brought you to therapy, what feels most urgent, and what you’re hoping will change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, reflect what I’m hearing, and help organize the concerns so things feel a bit clearer by the end of the session. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—my goal is for you to feel understood, respected, and more oriented to what our work together could look like.
