Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist committed to providing compassionate, supportive counseling. My work focuses on addressing emotional, behavioral, social, and spiritual needs while helping you set meaningful goals that support a healthier lifestyle, reduce distress, and build effective coping strategies.

With over ten years of experience, I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger, life transitions, and trauma-related challenges. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

If you’re interested in getting started or would like to inquire about current availability, I invite you to reach out to me directly to discuss scheduling and next steps.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps people heal from overwhelming or painful experiences. EMDR allows us to work with the memories and patterns that may still be affecting you today, even if you don’t fully understand why.

In our work together, I’ll guide you through a structured and supportive process at a pace that feels safe for you. Many clients find that EMDR helps reduce emotional intensity, shift self-blaming or negative beliefs, and create a greater sense of relief and clarity. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and able to move forward with greater ease and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our initial sessions, I’ll begin by learning about your unique experiences, what brings you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to achieve in order to develop a plan to help you ease your suffering. You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where we take the time to get to know each other. We’ll discuss any questions you might have and explore how I can best support you in your journey. It’s all about creating a safe space for you to begin feeling heard, understood, and supported.
