Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Meghan Bileci, a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio. In addition to my clinical work, I teach in a Master of Social Work program, which keeps me connected to the field while also keeping me up to date on the latest research, evidence-based practices, and therapeutic techniques.

I bring real-world experience, a thoughtful perspective, and genuine care to my work with individuals. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate whatever life has brought your way. Whether you’re working through a difficult season, seeking greater clarity, or simply feeling ready for something to change, I would love to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I am direct, but never harsh—I believe honest conversations can be both supportive and encouraging. I am not pushy but can help you recognize and build upon the strengths you already have. Those strengths will be used as a foundation for meaningful change.

Whether you’re navigating a big life transition, working through grief, adjusting to a new phase of parenting, or feeling stretched thin in a helping profession yourself, I will meet you where you are. Sessions blend real talk with concrete tools you can use right away, while still making space to slow down and process what is underneath.

I believe that even in difficult and uncertain seasons, there is room for hope, growth, and healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and encouraged while also being challenged to take meaningful steps forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. We will talk through what prompted you to seek therapy and discuss what you are hoping to get out of our work together. We will set reasonable and achievable goals that will allow you to track the progress you are making. You will leave with a concrete sense of next steps and feeling supported.
