I am a licensed therapist with experience working with adults, kids 5 years old and older, preteens, and teens. I graduated from the University of North Texas and was trained in Play Therapy as well as individual counseling for adults.
I work with people where they are at and bring in modalities that best fit each person's needs. I work with people on finding coping skills to reduce emotional distress and help people decrease overall triggers for anxiety, depression, and more.
In the beginning we will focus on current and past experiences and stressors that impacting you to help me gain a better understanding of what is going on for you. From there we will create goals together to work towards in each session.
