Great to meet you!

I’m Meghan, a trauma therapist helping adults move from surviving to truly living. Many of my clients have been through experiences that left deep marks—whether from childhood, relationships, work stress, or other overwhelming events. I offer virtual EMDR therapy across South Carolina to help you heal, grow, and reclaim a sense of peace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering—not clinical or overwhelming. As your therapist, I’m your ally every step of the way. Trauma can feel isolating, but healing doesn’t have to be. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and hopeful again.

What you can expect from me

I use powerful tools like EMDR to help your brain naturally heal from trauma. EMDR gently rewires the brain, helping you find relief, feel more grounded, and reconnect with yourself.

I currently offer late afternoon and evening appointments on weekdays. I update availability regularly, so feel free to check the schedule or reach out with any questions about starting therapy.
