Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who genuinely believes in the capacity for humans to change, grow, and have a better quality of life. I have over sixteen years of clinical experience working with individuals and families in English and Spanish. I earned my Masters Degree specializing in both Mental Health and Marriage and Family Therapy in 2007.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Counseling is a journey of self-discovery where the client and therapist work together to explore and examine your world for the purpose of improving your life. My goal is to help you discover the answers that you hold, but are having trouble accessing. My role is to guide you in determining the direction and depth of change that you would like to accomplish through your therapeutic process.

What you can expect from our first session

We will explore the cycles that keep you feeling “stuck”. I will help you identify the causes to these patterns and assist you in making the necessary changes that’ll result in you living a healthier and more peaceful life.
