Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment. I believe that seeking help is a courageous step and work collaboratively with clients to foster growth, resilience, and overall well-being. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice from the University of St. Francis and my Master of Social Work degree from Aurora University. I have several years of experience in school-based settings, where I have supported children and adolescents with diverse needs, including anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, social skills development, and crisis intervention.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is strengths-based and client-centered, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, art therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. I will work with you to help you meet your goals in a nonjudgemental setting.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be collaborative in exploring your needs and goals for therapy. We will work together to formulate a plan that will help you reach your treatment goals.
