Great to meet you!

For the last 16 years, I have worked in a variety of settings supporting the mental health and wellbeing of youth, adults, and families. I value real, authentic connections and creating a space where others can be themselves allowing for discovery, growth, and change.

I have a Masters in Social Work from Portland State University and I attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where I received a B.A. in Global Studies.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a powerful tool to help us move through feeling stuck and to help us find a way toward the changes we long for. My therapeutic approach is relational - I aim to come alongside you in your journey and to serve as a nonjudgmental support as you navigate your path forward while better understanding your past. I listen first and act with curiosity to explore new found possibilities that are rooted in you.

What you can expect from me

In the first session you can expect to feel seen, connected, and valued. We will explore what brought you to therapy, some of your history, and begin to discuss goals and what therapy will look like.
