Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience helping young adults and teens with a variety of mental health concerns such as: anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and crisis intervention. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel better understood, supported, and confident.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. I like to take the time to get to know you so that I may tailor treatment to match your individual needs. Therapy is not "one size fits all", so I use a combination of evidenced-based therapies with a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.

What you can expect from our first session

You will experience a sense of relief and validation as you are able to openly discuss their thoughts and emotions in a supportive environment. You will gain a greater understanding of themselves and your patterns of thinking and behaving. Through tailored strategies and techniques, they will learn practical tools to better manage your symptoms and improve overall well-being.
