Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are navigating life’s transitions, pressures, and questions about who they are and where they’re going. I also work with adults facing similar challenges, including anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and feeling stuck or uncertain about next steps.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable and understood, so I bring not only professionalism and clinical expertise, but also humor and humanity into the room. We can be serious when needed and laugh when it helps. I’ve had the privilege of supporting many clients in building confidence, improving relationships, and creating meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will get to know each other. We will discuss what brought you to therapy and I will answer any questions you my have. It's important that we are the right fit for each other, and if not, I will help you find someone who is.
