Great to meet you!

I earned my Master's and Doctorate degrees in School Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I specialize in delivering client-centered therapy to individuals struggling to meet their full potential. Emotional wellness is crucial for successful functioning. I have a strong foundation in emotional, behavioral, and academic disabilities. I specialize in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, behavioral difficulties, relationship difficulties, executive dysfunction, school-related issues, chronic stress, mindfulness, and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process that is founded on mutual respect and trust. We will work together in sessions to gather background information, identify presenting problems, and develop a treatment plan. I am a trauma-informed therapist that practices through a psychodynamic lens. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and will collaborate with other providers as necessary to ensure my clients receive comprehensive care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is designed to make the transition to therapy feel easy and natural. We will discuss your concerns, identify some initial goals to work towards, and talk about what working together could look like going forward. We will collaborate on a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your needs.
