Great to meet you!

I'm a New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-D) that has been working in the field for the past 8 years with experience in mental health counseling, case management, and intensive therapeutic services like crisis intervention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is providing an unconditional space for my clients to be able to process, vent, work through life stressors, as well as serious mental health concerns. I utilize a Strength-Based approach in my practice, which leans on my training and experience in CBT, DBT, Person Centered/Humanistic Approach, Motivational Interviewing, Suicide Prevention and Harm Reduction

What you can expect from me

Providing mental health services is a passion of mine when it comes to sharing coping mechanisms to navigate the difficult situations that occur throughout life. My clients can expect to be provided a safe space to talk and process, and learn new ways to establish helpful strategies in their lives. My goal is for my clients to leave my sessions with a sense of hope, validation, understanding, as well as some tools to manage the tough times and live a life worth living.
