Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a compassionate and experienced clinical social worker who approaches my work with an open heart and authenticity. When I ask clients to describe my therapeutic "style", they often mention my sense of humor, affirming nature and direct approach. I find great joy in building long-term relationships with my clients, helping them explore the depths of self and finding deeper meaning in their day to day lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The core foundation of my practice is based in a relational model of therapy. This means that central to our work together, we will build a strong, direct and compassionate therapeutic relationship, allowing you freedom to explore deep work within the therapeutic space. I specialize in Eating Disorder, Substance Use and Trauma, and have 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I also specialize in trauma focused therapies, Health at Every Size and DBT.

What you can expect from our first session

I strike a balance between challenging my clients while affirming them in their autonomy and openness of choice. My clients leave sessions feeling deeply validated, while also building the flexibility to challenge what they know, or rather thought they knew, about themselves and the world around them. I guide my clients towards living deeper and more intentional lives.
