My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and person-centered therapy. My goal is to help clients deepen self-awareness, build emotional balance, and create meaningful, lasting change.
For the mind, we will work on emotional insight, unhealthy thinking patterns, and negative core beliefs. For the body, we will integrate somatic awareness, deep breathing, and nervous system support. For the spirit, we will discuss your overall health and wellness, finding your purpose, and connecting with your true self.
Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background, history, and what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your goals and expectations. I want you to feel comfortable and safe in every session, so you are in control of what you want to share with me.
