Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in mental health care.

I work with individuals navigating life transitions and provide therapy for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, neurodiversity-related concerns, as well as other mental health needs. I specialize in supporting parents of children with mental health challenges, neurodiversity, and special needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients build resilience and achieve meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable and understood. In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you: your story, your experiences, and what brings you to therapy. I believe no one wants to share deeply with someone they don’t feel connected to, so building that trust is my priority.

After that, we’ll work together to identify the goals you want to accomplish through therapy. These goals will guide our work and ensure that your time in therapy feels meaningful and tailored to your needs. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on helping you achieve the changes you’re seeking.
