Great to meet you!

Seeking help is a huge step! It takes immense trust to share vulnerable parts of yourself. You may have already been to therapy before, or this may be a new journey for you. Either way, I’m grateful you’re choosing to prioritize yourself and engage in the transformational process of therapy. I truly believe people are much more capable of change than they think when they attend that first intake appointment. It’s been my joy and honor to see people shocked at what they can accomplish!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My social work career began 13 years ago in child welfare. Once I earned my clinical license, therapy became my passion. My goal of providing the most up to date, effective treatment led me to seek further education, certifications, and mentorship from trauma experts. I obtained advanced clinical training in various modalities, including Exposure & Response Prevention, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My former clients have been my greatest teachers.

What you can expect from our first session

I appreciate you considering me for this important role in your journey. If either of us feel that I am not the right therapist for you, I will help connect you with one of the talented people in my professional network!
