Great to meet you!

If you're looking for an unbiased person to help you sort out your thoughts, feelings and experiences in order to feel more confident and at ease in your life, please keep reading! My name is Meghan Hamblet-Moore and I am a licensed mental health counselor with 15 years experiences helping people do just that. I graduated from the University of Central Florida's Counselor Education program in 2009, and have been working as a therapist ever since.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy the way I approach my personal relationships - with genuine and real communication about what's going on. I enjoy helping you feel empowered with real, actionable steps to take to make positive change in your life, or offer support through skill building and education.

What you can expect from our first session

During the very first session, we will use the strengths you already have to help you feel more in control. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and together we will build resilience factors and coping skills in order to help you start feeling more confident. Starting on day one, I'll be with you to support and help guide you on your way. I always want you to feel that you're taking something with you from each session, whether it's a tool, relief or clarity.
