Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Meghan. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life stressors. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood and where we can work together toward meaningful change.

I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals. Whether you’re looking for support with emotional regulation, relationships, parenting, healing from difficult experiences, or navigating a major transition, I want therapy to feel practical, compassionate, and grounded in what matters most to you.

In my free time I love to kayak, hike, practice yoga and spend time with my son and my family.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and evidence based. I draw from therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-focused work, family systems approaches, and play-based interventions when working with children. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I focus on what will be most helpful for you or your family in the moment.

Together, we may work on building coping tools, understanding patterns, improving communication, strengthening relationships, and creating steady progress that feels realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to show up with warmth, honesty, and respect. I value creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and never judged. I also believe therapy can include humor, flexibility, and real collaboration.

In our work together, we’ll identify clear goals, move at a pace that feels right for you, and build a plan that helps you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in daily life.
