Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Meghan Hollier, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I believe that seeking help takes courage, and I'm committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

My background includes experience in emergency medicine, addiction medicine, and outpatient psychiatry. I began my nursing career as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in 2017 and earned my Master of Science in Nursing in 2019. Since then, I've had the privilege of working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person's experience is unique, so I take a collaborative, individualized approach to care. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and supports your overall well-being.

I provide evidence-based medication management in a compassionate, judgment-free environment where you'll feel heard, supported, and actively involved in your care. My goal is for you to leave each appointment with a clear plan and confidence in your next steps.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and your goals for treatment. I'll answer your questions, review treatment options, and, if appropriate, discuss medications, including their benefits and potential side effects.

Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan in a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and involved in your care. My goal is for you to leave with a clear understanding of the next steps and confidence in your treatment plan.
