Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Meghan, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who is passionate about helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered through life’s challenges. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly process emotions, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace.

My professional background includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, self-esteem challenges, and women’s mental health issues. I also have a strong passion for supporting those impacted by cancer diagnoses and caregiving experiences, helping clients manage the emotional impact that medical and family stress can bring. In addition, I enjoy working with students and young adults as they navigate the transition from home to college, increased independence, academic pressure, identity development, social challenges, and other major life adjustments that can feel overwhelming during this stage of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based approaches while focusing on building a genuine therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and authenticity. I strive to meet clients where they are and create a space where they feel comfortable, heard, and encouraged. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season or looking to better understand yourself and your patterns, I am here to walk alongside you in the process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you — your background, current concerns, strengths, and what brought you to therapy. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a space that feels relaxed, collaborative, and safe from the very beginning.

Together, we will discuss your goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from the process, whether that involves managing anxiety, navigating life transitions, improving relationships, building confidence, coping with stress, or simply feeling more balanced and understood. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I work collaboratively with clients to develop an approach that fits their unique needs and pace. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools and insight they can carry into everyday life.
