Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Meghan Hurley, LMHC.

I work with children, teens, adults, and parents who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, stressed, or facing challenges at home, school, work, or in relationships. Whether you're navigating ADHD, anxiety, parenting concerns, life transitions, or everyday struggles, I provide a supportive space to better understand what's happening and develop practical strategies for moving forward.

My approach to therapy

With over 15 years of experience in mental health, schools, and family support, my approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping people build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, relevant background information, your strengths, and what you hope will be different as a result of our work together.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll identify goals that are meaningful to you and begin developing a plan to help you move toward them. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I strive to make therapy feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs.
