Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Meghan Hurley, LMHC.

I work with adults, couples, and families who find themselves caught in patterns that are difficult to change on their own. You may be struggling with anxiety or ADHD, having the same arguments with your partner, feeling overwhelmed as a parent, or adjusting to a change in your family or relationship. Therapy can help make sense of what is driving these patterns, understand each other differently, and find more effective ways of responding when things get difficult.

My approach to therapy

With over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I bring a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to therapy. I help clients understand the patterns shaping how they feel and relate to one another, while finding new ways to communicate, manage difficult emotions, and make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to get to know one another and understand what brings you to therapy, what has been difficult, and what you hope will change. With individuals, couples, and families, I create a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore both current concerns and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and begin developing a path forward that fits you and your relationships.
