Great to meet you!

Through openness and curiosity, I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere for all of my clients. I am passionate about working with you as you face challenges throughout your journey including discovering who you are and understanding your place in the world. We will design goals that are unique to you and help you to reach your true potential. I have a strong understanding of the LGBTQ+ community including what it means to know your own identity and to be your best self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will use tools and techniques that value diversity and your unique culture through my experience living in other states and countries. We will use creative and forward-thinking methods to work through anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, stress, trauma, and ADHD. I offer therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults to address a variety of concerns and stages of life.

What you can expect from our first session

When cultivating specific goals with my clients, I will provide you with the tools to help you to truly thrive rather than just survive. I focus on strengths-based and evidence-based strategies that are tailored to meet you where you are at on your journey in this moment while supporting you to become the best version of yourself.
