Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been practicing for over 6 years with both adults and children. My goal is always to create a space of acceptance and non-judgement, to foster an environment of safety and vulnerability.

Types of treatment modalities and approaches used in treatment:

Person-Centered

Trauma-Informed

Narrative Therapy

Attachment Based

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

My approach to therapy

My approach is very person-centered, and I believe that every person I work with is an expert in their own path. My job is to highlight the knowledge that already exists within you and create a life that you find will be sustainable to your own beliefs and values. I also believe a part of my work is to have an understanding for how macro systems impact individuals. This includes knowledge of systems which target marginalized and oppressed populations, and how this impacts mental health overall.

What you can expect from me

I believe that healing takes place differently for every human being. While there are commonalities across the experience of healing, there is no other person on this earth that must walk in your shoes for a lifetime. Understanding your strengths and unlearning those beliefs that have kept you feeling “stuck” is where I aim to set a foundation for where your journey of self-discovery goes next.
