Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I describe my style as warm, empathic, and collaborative. My approach is grounded in connection and trust, as I believe true healing occurs in relationships where we feel safe to be our authentic selves. I strive to create a safe space where we can explore, process, and grow together. A space in which you can share your story – the beautiful and the painful parts. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and adapt my therapeutic approach accordingly.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming principles. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, including sexual trauma, PTSD, intergenerational and racial trauma, as well as relationship challenges, grief, and identity exploration—encompassing gender and sexuality.

I use psychoanalytic theories with mind-body practices to foster a more holistic sense of healing. I am also trained in EMDR therapy, which is an effective method for processing trauma and relieving emotional distress. Together, we can explore connections, understand patterns, develop coping strategies, and work toward achieving your goals.
