Great to meet you!

I completed my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at St. John Fisher College with an amazing staff of professors that pushed us to know how to be well informed and well balanced in our individualized approaches as therapists. From there I have spent years working with clients and continuing to seek out the best practices to approach session with heart and knowledge to help those who seek it.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is something that is very personal. I believe that there is no one way to approach working through challenging feelings and mental health needs. We are individuals for a reason, and because of that, it takes knowing my clients on an individual level in order for us to determine the best practices in order to achieve your therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that a client walks away from their sessions with me feeling that they are heard and that they are making progress in their goals. The ability to address difficult topics is best achieved when there is an honesty and acceptance possible within sessions.
