Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, life transitions, and other emotional and behavioral health challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Southern Connecticut State University and strive to create a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and respected.

I recognize that every person's experiences and goals are unique, so I tailor treatment to meet each client's individual needs. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll focus on developing practical coping skills, building resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change that supports your overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. I take a warm, person-centered approach and tailor each session to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, build on your strengths, and develop practical coping strategies that support meaningful growth and lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable from the very beginning. During our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and explore how I can best support you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out—we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll create a plan that helps you build practical skills, gain confidence, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
