Great to meet you!

I've been told I'm easy to connect with, in particular by folks who haven't found the right fit.

I work with adults experiencing high-functioning anxiety, depression, stress and adjustment to life changes.

I have a BA in Psychology, an MSW in Social Work, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, an advocate for social justice, and have a lifelong commitment to examining the systems that create and maintain inequity and oppression.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic. I use evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ART, etc.), but at the end of the day it's really about a safe and nonjudgmental person and safe space to explore.

I bring creativity, humor, collaboration and sometimes outside-of-the-box ideas into therapy to make it just what YOU need. The space we create will honor your intersecting identities and the complexity of your experience, as well as examine the systems that impact your life.

What you can expect from me

Together we will create a supportive, safe and nonjudgmental space in which to explore your experiences. You can expect to cultivate a deeper understanding of and self-compassion for yourself, and to learn new strategies for making shifts toward greater wellbeing and mental health.
