Great to meet you!

I've been told I'm easy to connect with, in particular by folks who haven't found the right fit.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and adjustment to life changes, pregnancy and parenting more.

I have a BA in Psychology, an MSW in Social Work, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, an advocate for social justice, and have a lifelong commitment to examining the systems that create and maintain inequity and oppression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative. You have the expertise in your life, and I have new tools that may help you navigate it better.

I commit to showing up in all my humanness to give you space to do the same.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we will create a supportive, safe and nonjudgmental space in which to explore your experiences. You can expect to cultivate a deeper understanding of and self-compassion for yourself, and to learn new strategies for making shifts toward greater wellbeing and mental health.
