Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a background in both psychology and social work. Over the years, I have worked with diverse individuals and communities, supporting people through trauma, loss, stress, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” people, it’s about creating space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. I am certified in EMDR therapy, and offer a somatic approach and IFS-part work techniques.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a comfortable and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to share what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk about your concerns, what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin identifying meaningful goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’m supportive and encouraging, but also honest and direct when helpful. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and insight, while empowering you to find your own path forward. I am here for whatever you need right now.
