Meg is an LCSW who graduated with her Masters in Social Work. Meg has 13 years of clinical experience and has worked with many populations over the years, including parents, adolescents and those experiencing acute psychological symptoms. Meg has worked at Erie County Medical Center’s (ECMC) Outpatient Behavioral Health Department, including their Partial Hospitalization Program, The Adult and Family Clinic & more recently Meg has been working in the Help Center, a walk-in mental health clinic.

My approach to therapy

Meg’s knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) allows her to work collaboratively with clients to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be hindering their personal growth. Additionally, her understanding of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) equips her to assist clients in regulating their emotions, enhancing interpersonal skills, and achieving emotional balance.
