Meghan graduated from Carthage College in 2010 with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology. She later earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University in 2019. She has been working in the behavioral health field since January 2014. Meghan specializes in working with Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Depression, Personal Growth and Self-Esteem, Identity Issues, Occupational Issues, Addiction and Substance Abuse, and Mood Disorders.

Meghan will assist you in identifying faulty thought patterns as well as any subsequent emotional challenges and maladaptive behaviors that may be present.She will meet you where you are in life currently and work collaboratively with you to set obtainable goals while also providing you with a variety of tools to help better navigate life's challenges.
