Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience in perinatal and women's health as well as a lactation consultant. I worked for 10 years in maternal-child health as a RN before starting my career in psychiatry. I am particularly passionate about treating women and patients with marginalized identities (BIPOC, gender diverse, etc) who struggle with anxiety/OCD and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I strive to be a warm and approachable provider whose first instinct is to work holistically and collaboratively with my patient -- and yet knows when to offer a steadier hand or more direct communication.

What you can expect from me

A warm welcome -- you belong here. No matter what brought you here, we will look at the whole picture to make sure we end the initial session(s) with a solid plan that the provider and patient both feel confident moving forward toward.
