Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Meghan- nice to meet you! My goal as your therapist is to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever challenges you are facing. In our sessions together, you can expect me to be genuine, approachable, and kind. My goal is to use my skillset to celebrate you, challenge you, and work with you to create the changes you are seeking! I have experience working with adolescents and adults working through their anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. We can work together to build coping skills and resilience to help you feel like your best self!

My approach to therapy

I enjoy drawing from multiple therapeutic approaches to make sure you are getting the best approach for your situation. My practice is often based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, while drawing from modalities like Motivation Interviewing, Art Therapy, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

After our sessions I am hopeful you will feel heard, challenged, and empowered to take on any new obstacles you may face.
