My approach to therapy

My approach combines psychological assessments, practical therapeutic tools, and mindfulness techniques to build resilience and improve mental health and well-being. I use a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapeutic techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Dialectic Behavior Therapy Skills training, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to empower you to regain your health and happiness.

What you can expect from me

Within the first few sessions, we will establish a supportive working relationship founded on trust and openness. Together, we will set goals for each session.
