Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience supporting first responders, veterans, and individuals navigating trauma, substance use, and life challenges.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I believe meaningful growth comes from being willing to face difficult issues, recognize underlying patterns, and take accountability for change. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood while also feeling challenged to step outside their comfort zones and make meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I believe in tackling challenges head-on while providing a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged to grow. I value honesty and accountability and work with clients to identify patterns, explore underlying issues, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My work is trauma-informed, drawing from approaches such as EMDR and ART. I strive to meet clients where they are while helping them move beyond what may be holding them back.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We will spend time getting to know one another, reviewing your background, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals and expectations. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences and what you hope to change. We will also discuss confidentiality, the therapy process, and what working together may look like moving forward. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of direction and an understanding that therapy is a collaborative process built on honesty, support, and accountability.
