Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Meghan Moran, a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative and judgment-free space where clients can feel safe being fully themselves while working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, relational, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, mindfulness techniques, and person-centered approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, low-pressure space where we begin getting to know each other at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll spend time learning what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently struggling with, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together.

We’ll also review important background information, including relevant history, current stressors, and any previous therapy experiences. This helps me better understand your story and tailor treatment to your needs. There’s no expectation to share everything at once—clients are encouraged to go only as deep as they feel ready to go.
