Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years experience in the mental health, 9 years doing therapy, and 4 years in private practice. This includes individual and family therapy with adults and children. I have extensive history working with the LGBTQ+ community, Substance Use, Adult Autism and ADHD and severe trauma. I have advanced and specialized training in areas such as LGBTQ+, neurodivergence and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should feel safe and comfortable. I may ask a lot of questions in the beginning however, that is to truly get to know you. I use a mixture of treatment modalities to best fit you individually. I use a systemic and strengths-based approach where I support you in all areas of life, including work, relationships, family, etc.

What you can expect from me

This is an opportunity to really get to know you and determine together, what you would like to work on. I will build rapport and create a safe place for you.
