Great to meet you!

Taking the first step towards therapy can be a really vulnerable experience. Sometimes it feels like you don't have the time for it, or you feel you don't deserve to take time out of your day to focus on yourself. That's why it's my priority to create a space where you feel comfortable to show up exactly as you are without judgement. If you find that you are holding it together on the outside, but on the inside you feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and like you are constantly worrying about the next thing, it may be time to slow down and process what you’re experiencing.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to try to be perfect, you can simply “be.” I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation that empowers you to achieve your goals. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), we can work together to better understand and reframe the thoughts and beliefs that fuel anxiety and worry about the future.

What you can expect from me

My approach is solution-focused, providing you with practical tools to manage anxiety and work towards your overall well-being. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and to move through life with greater peace and ease. If you're ready to discuss your wellness goals, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to support you on your journey!
