Great to meet you!

Licensed in the states of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, I have over 10 years of experience in therapeutic support to a variety of clients seeking relational healing.

I received my masters from Columbia International University's counseling program known for providing emphasis on spiritual development, multicultural perspectives, and marriage and family therapy.

Treatment specialties include: depression, anxiety, trauma, behavior problems, and relational/marital issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to explore and heal inner conflicts, Somatic therapy to address bodily sensations and trauma, and Relational therapy to improve communication and connection with others. You can expect a holistic approach to treatment, where we work collaboratively to support your growth and healing.

What you can expect from our first session

These are the main issues I can help you with - building fulfilling relationships and breaking painful cycles. A typical treatment plan may involve identifying negative patterns, improving communication, and setting healthy boundaries. The benefits you can expect include deeper connections, improved self-esteem, and increased emotional well-being.
