Great to meet you!

I’m Meghan. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have spent over 14 years supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and deeply relational. I draw on modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients build insight, resilience, and lasting change. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest, and that's exactly the environment I work to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I balance structured skill-building with genuine conversation, and I tailor each session to what you need most.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD, and life transitions. For OCD, I use ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) — the gold-standard treatment — to help clients break the cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions at a pace that feels manageable.

My primary modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and ERP, alongside mindfulness-based practices. The goal is always to give you tools that work beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

My goal for that first meeting is simple: that you leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of what we’ll work on together. We’ll begin outlining goals that feel meaningful to you, and I’ll share what our work might look like going forward.

Above all, I want the space to feel safe enough to be honest. That’s where real change starts.
