Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. From inpatient to community mental health, I have worked with adults have who struggled with depression, anxiety, substance use, life transitions, parenting and relationship issues. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing to help clients gain insight, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen confidence, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
