Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey. My practice is fully virtual and focuses on the skills children, teens, and young adults need to face mental health challenges and life changes.

I specialize in parent-based therapies to support young children struggling with big feelings and big behaviors, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, and defiant or disruptive behaviors. I like to work with parents to take out the middle man (me) and provide parents with the skills and tools they are looking for to address their child’s needs directly. I also work with teens and young adults to address depression, anxiety, and adjusting to life changes.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a relationship with two (or more) of us working together towards something great. We each bring something to the table. You’re the expert on you and your family (even if you don’t always feel like it) and I am trained in evidence-based mental health treatment. And together, we work towards making a positive change in your life.

What you can expect from me

A session with me is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I want you (or your child) to feel confident facing challenges, trying out new things, and making mistakes. So, let me pour you a cup of coffee (or tea), and let’s talk.
