Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) who works with adolescents (13+) and adults. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, and substance use issues. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and client-centered. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll identify goals and develop strategies that fit your unique needs and strengths.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, history, and goals while beginning to develop a plan for treatment. My priority is creating a comfortable environment where you feel safe, supported, and understood.
