Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW), and I help people navigate religious trauma, faith deconstruction, and self-esteem challenges. I know how confusing and isolating it can feel to question beliefs or rebuild your identity, and I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to work through it. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you—I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences and feel more grounded in who you are. Together, we’ll focus on building self-trust, clarity, and a life that feels more authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I focus on creating a space where you feel fully seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I’m naturally curious and engaged, and I’m not afraid to laugh or sit with you in the hard moments—whatever feels real and honest in the room. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at your pace and work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll go over your paperwork and start getting to know you—your story, your experiences, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a space that feels safe and welcoming, where you can let your guard down and be fully yourself. By the end, we’ll begin to clarify your goals and what you’d like our work together to focus on.
