Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I empower clients to identify what's holding them back and work together to get back to a better place. With 11 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults on a range of topics, I have now narrowed my focus to adult clients dealing with stress or anxiety, relationship issues, and career/life transitions or concerns. Seeking help can be a difficult step, and I'm glad you're here!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a client-centered and strengths-based talk therapy approach to target what feels most important to you and meet you where you're at each session. I seek to treat the whole person, where we not only address the symptoms that may have brought you to therapy, but also work on building coping and emotional regulation skills that you can bring with you going forward. I use active listening, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and evidence-based techniques related to individual concerns.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that every client deserves an individualized approach to care, and I strive to provide a safe space to process, heal, and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques on this path. I believe my biggest strength is my ability to empathize with clients' situations and emotions, which allows me to create a non-judgemental and open talk therapy environment.
