Great to meet you!
You might be managing anxiety, depression, or a quiet sense that you're not enough, all while navigating changes no one really prepares you for: starting college, a family shift, a move, or simply trying to figure out who you are or who you want to become. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, quietly managing anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem while keeping pace with school, relationships, and other daily demands.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating life's most transformative — and often overwhelming — periods. I take a warm, collaborative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based perspective. Rather than focusing solely on what's going wrong, I work alongside my clients to uncover the strengths they already carry and build practical tools for managing stress. I help them reshape unhelpful thought patterns and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My sessions feel like a genuine conversation — a space where you can think out loud, show up as your authentic self, and leave with a better sense of what's possible.
If you've been hesitant to reach out, I want you to know that feeling is completely normal — opening up to someone new takes real courage. Reaching out is an act of self-care, and it may be the first step toward feeling more like yourself. I hope to hear from you soon!
