Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging! Sometimes we need someone in our corner to help us figure it out.

As a 2018 graduate of the Mental Health Counseling program at St. John Fisher University, I have pursued my desire in assisting individuals navigate their mental health challenges and reach their goals. With experience in community mental health and a public school setting, I have refined my expertise in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Although my practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy techniques, and a strengths-based approach, I prioritize creating a laid back, calm, and at times, humorous environment for you to explore your challenges and goals. Together, we will take a look at what brought you to therapy, uncover what's behind your thoughts and behaviors that keep you feeling stuck, and create a toolbox of strategies and skills using your strengths to build a healthier and happier you.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to feel more empowered to make changes and reach your goals. You will be able to better understand yourself and the world around you so you can keep moving forward.
